2.  Location
Pick-up Service: Please look for a pick-up receptionist who with a signboard of your name in hand at Caticlan Airport exit after arrival.
Drop-off Service: Please be ready to go around 4 hours before your flight’s departure time and wait in your hotel lobby (the best place for us to find you). Pick-up timing will be advised by your receptionist.

3.          Invoice: we provide a receipt for reference

4.          Language: Mandarin or English

PS. Please reserve 7 days & above before your arrival date if you request the Mandarin service.

Inclusions:

1.          All fees from Caticlan to Boracay are included such as Environmental Taxes, Terminal Fees, Boat Tickets and Shuttle Vans.

2.          Mandarin or English receptionist

The following are not included:

1.      Personal consumption

2.      Airport Tax: PHP 700.00/per person; charge after check in at the airport

3.      Luggage Tips: Php 20.00 to 50.00/ per suitcase

Please provide the following information when booking

1.      Flight Info.t: Travel Date, Flight Number, Departure Place, Flight time

2.      Hotel Info.: Complete hotel’s English name. If pick-up and drop-off point are different, please provide both.

3.      Guest complete name. If you go travel with infants, please provide the date of birth.

Restrictions:

1.      Services Area: The rate only applies your Hotel which is located at Station 1, Station 2 or Station 3

2.      If your hotel is not located in the above area, please contact us for the rate.

3.      Shared transfers: non-exclusive land and boat transfers service. You may have to wait for other guests who also arrive at the same time.

Reminders:

1.          It’s a shared transfer service, the car company picks the guests up in order of the hotel. There may be 30 minutes of waiting time.

2.          The car type is subject to the number of people on the day.

3.          No child safety seat provided.

4.          Pick-up: Maximum waiting time is 1 hour after your flight arrives. We cannot wait for you if you exceed 1 hour.

5.          Drop-off: Be ready 4 hours before departure time and keep your phone open

6.          If you miss the transfer pick-up time, our receptionist will ask your hotel’s concierge to sign a document to prove to leave the hotel after the appointed time. All refunds request will not be accepted.

7.          Please keep your phone open. If you miss the pick-up time due to no effective or wrong contact number, the payment will not be refunded.
