Roasted Chicken

There are many BBQ vendors in Boracay, but it needs the luck to find a tasty one, and price are also different from each vendor. We had ever bought a jumbo chicken by 160peso, but it sold 250peso in other vendors. Double-checking the price is necessary before you buy.

The reason why roasted chicken attracts me is crispy, juicy and tender meat, it's the best enjoyment while lying down in your room's balcony, looking at the stars and having the tasty chicken. Philippine dishes have strong flavor, you can decide if you need the sauce or not, it depends on your flavor.

It's good to try local foods, the skewers are only small portions and cheap, it's worth to try!

Vendors

The local food vendors always have a low price, it's similar to the night market, you can eating and walking under the starlight. You could see the peddler selling Tofu Pudding with tapioca balls on the beach, and fried bananas get a high opinion, it combines sweet and sour flavor, it's special! Of course, there are also ice cream vendors.
